I have one of the Heller "M4A2 Sherman "Division Leclerc"", kit #79894, which is quite nice with lots of extras/options.
They also have "M4 Sherman "D-Day"", #79892.
Both are previewed here (D-Day) and here (Leclerc).
I personnally prefer the Leclerc version as you get two different types of tracks in the same kit.

Building the Heller Sherman (thanks Jeff for suggestion) and don't get why they are asking me to cut these off?

Do you have to take them off and leave to trace of them at all?
Also, if I'm reacing the 1/72 Sherman site correctly, I have to add a .05 MM shim to the drive sprockets to have them accomidate the T-51 OKB's I have on the way?

The scoops weren’t fitted to M4A2 but the base plates should be there.
