Yeah, does look like a newer version of that SA-13 rig - on the same old venerable MT-LB hull!

Seeing as Trumpy has kitted a few versions of MT-LB derivative vehicles... they should be able to get to this one with mostly new turret work

And I suspect that they are indeed watching this same video as we "speak"!

If I were a betting man... I'd say a new kit probably within a year!
