Hi guys,
At the moment I'm in the phase of painting the figures for a small Vingette. (1:35)
One of the US GI's will be wounded in the leg and I just wondered does anyone have a way of painting blood realistically?
Thanks for your time........

Blood on dark fabric tends to be darkish brown, not the garish red of 1970's movies. On skin and light fabric, it tend to be very dark red, more like Alizarin Crimsom.

I usually use a mix of dark brown (usulaly Tamiya HUll red or dark brown) and some red, like AJ said. You can mix it until it looks right to you.
