Still waiting for the 1/35 SEAL Desert Patrol Vehicle (DPV)...it's like a fishing line that dips and gets yanked up over and over again over the years that I gave up on it ever being a kit a long time ago.

It's been decades now that the real SEAL DPV is no longer used.

Another "bye-bye kit idea" is the U.S. Marine's M1161 "Growler" ITV. It was never made as a kit and now the USMC is pulling them and the 120mm towed rifled mortar out of service due to age and reliability issues. So if a kit does come out of the M1161...the real one will no longer be in service soon.
