I tried to ask on the other post but nobody answered, so I start my own, is it just hobby craft that has a mis shaped turret, or does any of the other maufacturers have big mis shapes on the M1 to, cause it seems as though just about any company that makes models makes a M1A1, now real minor doesn't matter, but now that turret on the other post will stick out. Thank you for your help.

Hobby Craft kit is a reboxed Trumpeter kit.
Trumpeter M1s (M1A1, M1A2 and all reboxes of them) are the only kits on the market with incorrectly molded front left armor plate of the turret. All others (Tamiya, Dragon, Italeri, Academy) have correctly shaped turret front.

Then it only happened to the left front of the turret then, I wonder how that happened? But did Trumpeter fix it now, or they still the same wrong left front turret, and any hobby craft you buy will be the same with the bad left front?

No, all Trumpeter kits still have the problem. They never corrected it!

I thank you Pawel, I never knew this, and I was thinking in the near future of getting some M1A1 or A2 and with this information I might be able to talk a little better price for hafting to do body work, for the final product, my LHS has them all, but you know with Trumpeter haveing this defect, it doesn't reflect it on the price though, nor the hobby craft, but they are less then Tam maybe the LHSD doesn't know either. Many thanks Pawel
