Hi all
with the coming Takom kit, the pictures shared by HH Bühling in my site could prove useful sooner or later as I'm pretty sure more versions will come.

Are you sure any of them use the BV206S version? Any photos? I have never seen any S variant in the US service. All were BV206D (as M973 SUSV) or other early variants, which share very few external components with BV206S version.
So as far as I know the US markings would not be suitable for BV206S... Hopefully Takom will also release D version as some point.

Unfortunately there is very little part commonality with the BV206S variant announced by Takom. Even the tracks and road wheels are different (at least in the newest BV206S, on which the Takom kit seems to be based), not to mention the entire superstructure of both the tractor and the trailer...

Yes I did, and I know that you answered the question correctly. I just pointed out that the Takom kit unfortunately cannot be used to build that Finnish TOW BV variant.

Thank you Olivier. Also looks like pre-orders now available from Hobby Search and HobbyEasy for Bv206S from Takom due out in May. I have no connection as I am only an out of control buyer adding to the stash! Please see other link here...
