Hi guys. Is there a way to still remove metallic color of tamiya weathering master on the matt painted parts? I used titanium on the gun breach of afv achilles. Some went to other areas. I tried to wipe with cotton buds dampen with tamiya enamel thinner. It removes most of it but metallic traces (flecks) still remain.

I dont think its possible to paint over it. Its waxy, and does not dry.

I tried again with enamel thinner, but this time with cloth. I removed some again, a faint residue still remain. I think it is ok now, but will still try to remove the remaining. (Maybe tommorrow as i alreadry broke 3 parts. Luckily i glued it back without traces.....stop before luck runs out)
