Looks promising...
While I have not heard of RPG Model before, the kit doesn't appear to be a rebox of the Xact Scale Models T-80U unless they retooled parts of the Xact kit. The 3D renderings shows differences in the brass parts as well as some of the detailing [for example the tops of the fenders].

We shall hopefully find out. I am also hoping that this kit will have a bit broader distribution than the Xact T-80U.
One thing for sure, it looks better than the 3-D drawings that DML posted of their new M113. It certainly favors the Trumpeter kit [looking at the Trumpeter T-80 on their FB page and comparing it to to the renderings], but there are some differences. So, I don't think it is a rebox or copy of it either. The way I see it, competition/choices is a good thing.

This is a new company. Their website is www.rpg-model.com
The T-80U is a totally new kit.

Will be hard for them since the Trumpeter T80 lines is already here.

Xact had two releases and sprue brothers shows both in stock. Wonder if they really got them in stock or if it's an error.

We could only hope the RPG kit is better, as well as being cheaper, than Trumpy...which could make it a game changer.

From their website:
"RPG-MODEL is a brand of Jupiter Flag Studio. The main business of the studio is divided into design and production and sales of static and dynamic models for military and sci-fi themes, customized services for military and science fiction themes and 3D animation and game art."
It goes on talking about some its customers. The banner on their "Contact Us" page shows an IR Panther, and there is also a M1A2 SEP V3 on another page - possible hints of future 1/35 kits?
Paul Owen over on Track-Link has a few more images that were provided by RPG. Couple items that I noted are that it appears torsion bars can be seen inside the hull [suggesting a working suspension], wading trunk options, and options for the search light beside the main gun.
