They wear NOMAX coveralls either tan or olive green in color. The body armor they wear is coyote brown.

Pete gave you good info for their USMC Tank Crew figures. Here is his article on Painting MARPAT for the one grunt in the box (far left talking on the Tank/Infantry phone.
If you mean their upcoming Modern U.S. Tank Crew (US Army tankers), they are wearing NOMEX CVC (Combat Vehicle Crewman) uniforms in UCP (Universal Camo Pattern). A very detailed UCP painting article can be found here.

Is this still the correct uniform for US Tankers based in Germany/Europe?

Currently one of three uniforms are worn by US Army tankers.
The Nomex CVC (Combat Vehicle Crewman - jumpsuit) is still worn in either sand (desert environs) or green.
The UCP (Universal Camo Pattern - grey digital) is still authorized for wear until 30 SEP 19. It comes in both standard ACU, FRACU (Fire Resistant ACU - made w/Nomex) and CVC uniforms (as in the MiniArt kit above).
UCP ACU (two piece - separate shirt and pants)
UCP CVC (one-piece jumpsuit)
There is also the OCP (Operational Camo Pattern - new woodland) that was authorized for wear starting 1 Jul 15 and will be the only authorized camo pattern after 1 OCT 19. I believe it only comes in ACU and FRACU at this time. I'm sure OCP CVC will be coming soon since the UCP CVC will be obsolete.
OCP ACU
Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 66th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division install the Abrams Reactive Armor Tile system on their M1A2 SEP v2 Abrams main battle tanks at Camp Aachen in Grafenwoehr, Germany.
By the way, their Modern U.S. Tank Crew (37005) is now available. I have a set winging its way to me now. I hope to get it soon.

Thanks Gino, very helpful as always. I think US Combat uniforms are a minefield!
