Thanks, Dan
My Arabic is a little rusty, but I believe it says: "Notice how attractive our female tankers are!"

This tank is pictured in the ancient Osprey Vanguard Modern Soviet Combat Tanks. Or at least one similar- but the inscription appears identical as does the paint scheme.
The inscription is "To the martyr Abraheem" The Pzkpfw IV is pictured in another of Mr. Zaloga's books and that inscription is "Sulieman"
I know another Syrian tank was named for Saladin or Salah-el-din.
I built a Trumpeter kit as this one long, long, time ago back when the awful Trumpeter T-55 kit was the "best" all around T-55 kit. (Pre-Tamiya) I also transcribed the text for an Arab armor decal sheet.
I do not read or write Arabic so I'm only going by what my sources say.

Many Syrian tanks had names of fallen soldiers painted on their turrets. Pretty much all ex-German vehicles wore such names, but many T-34s too, as well as some T-54/55s.
