If this is essentially #243 with new decals then it has the early style TC ring.

All you get is a very expensive decal sheet.

Leave it up to italeri to re release a old kit thats been around since the late 90s and all they do is put the same track but made from a new matrial and new decals
I bet they forgot to add that little wire or cable fixture that is on the side of Turkish Leopard2s

This kit was really lackluster when it was first released in the late 1980s. Some of the first Photoetch I ever bought was the On-the-Mark set for this because this kit was so bare.

I ended up cutting it up for parts to dress up a what-if Panther 2A2.

Turkish Army has different antenna bases. And the mods to build a good Panzer 87 are even more extemsive.

Italeri even tooled some of the missing details like the later commander's hatch ring for this Revell issue of the kit https://www.scalemates.com/kits/106920-revell-03053-leopard-2-a4
but they forgot to include them in this release.

Goes to figure that Italeri wouldn't even use the better version of the kit...it truly was a mediocre kit even back then and time hasn't proven any kinder. I'd skip it as well, though I would at least look at the Revell Germany rebox.
