based on an incomplete Precision models kit, I am trying to build a detailed "Rohrwagen" to transport the barrel of the 21 cm Kanone 18.

Can anybody help me in understanding how the winch mechanism works to winch the barrel onto and from the "Rohrwagen".

I have seen some pictures from the Rohrwagen at Aberdeen but unfortunately pictures from the inside where the winch mechanism is located, are missing.

Can anybody share some thoughts on how this works ?

I do want to ask if your Precision Models kit is an original or a bootleg from a guy in russia? Because trying to build his crap will really cause problems for you.

No it is the original kit but it is largely incomplete.
But looking also at the original instructions the mechanism is symplified in the kit. Therefore I am looking for some pictures of the original Rohrwagen at Aberdeen.
