What's on the photo before Maus? Panther with interior in 1/35 perhaps? Or is it in 1/16?
IIRC, HobbyBoss announced a Panther of their own in 1/35, but I didn't expect it to have interior.

Building models and get paint and glue on the fingers when I can read build blogs, reports in magazines, watch them here in the Constructive feedback forum or in the Campaigns, what a waste of time.
Each to his/her own

For the way *I* like to model, I agree, but *I* am not the entirety of the plastic modeling hobby, so my opinion doesn't matter beyond my model room.

I think I'll skip the Maus and the Panther.
That 30N6E is really tempting.
Then there is the S-300V system which they teased us with some time ago, waiting and waiting, preparing space in the ever growing stash ...

Hi; Everybody.
"YES--YES--&YES" Finally A NONA !!! I Built the EE kit of the NONA/BMD kit which for all its fault's turned out o.k. and thanks to Model Point made it even better. And thanks to Trumpeter ! "ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT" As for the T-80; I really Don't See the Draw, now I like the T-80s from Trumpy, and have Two in my collection, its just all that big of A deal even with all the PE or the tracks. As for kit's with Interior's ; Whats the GRIPE ! Its very Simple, Don't like it then Don't Buy It !! Now I will be Honest, there not my thing either; But I'm not going to say there A Waste of Time, for those who are into this type of Build; I say its Great !
CHEERS; MIKE.

The U and UD are my favourite T-80 variants and I was really looking forward to their releases... then they announce it along with 30N6E which stole their show
Great news by any means! There is no excuse any more for not building an S-300.

putting full interiors in a model where you cant see it is just a reason for the kit manufacture to jack up the price of a already over priced kit
like the Meng Mk.V I got in the mail yesterday when i get around to building it the parts for the interior are going in the trash

Some people like to build exploded views and cut-a-ways. Others like to pose unbuttoned tanks. I would much rather pay an extra $15 than source an interior that costs +$30. Noone is making you buy it. And, your reply adds nothing to the conversation.

Huh... The AFV club T-34 with interior is at the same price as other brands' T-34. The RFM interior series are like 10$ more. Academy Tiger with interior series are at the same price as most of the regular stuff, but they are less accurate. The ones from Miniart are very reasonably priced compare to the other non-interior counter parts, including their own.
Build interior with 3rd party part would skyrocket the budget though.
Maybe you can't see the interior if you sand it, which I wouldn't recommend. Nevertheless, it gives you the feel of building the real tank, with every step you do, like in a factory. It is very satisfying for me personally.

Hi Everybody;
I Think you are referring to Xact ! Well, that's A matter of Personal Choice. I have Both Trumpy, & Xact in my collection and there are detail's that I like & dislike about both kit's !! Trumpeter's kit is more complex and the details are there biggest point in appeals to the hard core type of builder. Xact kit has Rubber band type of tracks which many dislike; But IMHO when built up and painted & detailed properly look just fine.
CHEERS; MIKE.
