G'day mates,
I just posted 2 photo's of my Academy M3A1 Stuart in my gallery if you would care to have a look. This was a great little kit, went together well and has very nice detail. Please give me comments and suggestions, so I may learn to improve my armor modeling. You all have been such a great help already!
Thanks
Garry

Great! Doesn't that beat the hell out of making those little boat models?

LOL! Good one of the USS Stuart Bob. Yes, I need to take close ups. But for now all I have to work with is an old Fred Flintstone 35mm camera! This is as close as it gets. I hope to have a good camera in the near future. Thanks for the complements! This Armor thing is habbit forming!
Cheers,
Garry

Nice Stuart Garry Did you leave the hull rivets on? I ask that because,so far all the M3A1's I have seen were welded hulls I don't know if the A1 had any riveted hulls or not

Howdy Zod. Thats a good question! No I did not remove the rivets, the thought never crossed my mind. But now that you mention it, I had heard that some eary ones were welded. I'm new to armor so I have alot to learn, And thats why I posted this here. Its the best way to learn Armor!
Thanks and cheers,
Garry

Well, from a rookie's point of view, it looks really nice...I would like to see some close-ups also...I like the use of the pin-up girl...although I prefer brunettes... :-)
