I seem to remember the Finns bought a batch of ex Dutch tracks. Who else? I am looking for something besides NATO Tri Color for a scheme. I'm batting around the idea of a "what if" Chilean one. (They have A4s. Would be a quick and cheap(?) way to upgrade.)
