Hello;
The most time consuming are the tracks. 5 pieces for each track, otherwise I did not encounter any major problems. Unfortunately there are no walkaround pictures of this tank, only a few close up pictures of which some are from the proto type or an earlier version than Academy’s. There are no clear parts for the optics. Instead there are decals included in the kit, but I used the optic decals from MK1 instead. The front respectively back lights have their glass parts supplied as separate parts but in usual plastic instead of clear plastic.
The MK1 design certainly enhances the details on the kit. Especially the air intake (?) at the back that I thought would be difficult to ensemble but proved to come together rather easily. You are given the choice of using the smoke discharger without or with grenades. I was really pleased with their detail set. You can choose between their big set or buy the three sets separately. Voyager also has a detail set but it is not as detailed as MK1, but it can be worth checking out on their homepage.
You can find a couple of more pictures of the unpainted tank here that may help to decide if you want to invest in the MK1 set
