Need help I can not find anywhere online that tells me what the part # is for the .5 needle, anyone able to help an old man out ?

I believe the part number you are looking for is 51-047 or 51-81DT. That is the medium size needle (.5mm) for the 105 which Badger calls the Detail setup. Super detail is approximately .35mm and the general purpose one is .76mm.
If you look around, you will see they sell sets to change the brush to different sizes since the tip and nozzle have to be changed along with the needle to convert.

I have just sold my patriot a few months ago, the needle 5 is the "Detail needle" number 51-047, the number 51-81DT is the same thing but with the old serial number, that's all
