Dear All,
I am working on the DML 6520 Stug IV Early production, at step 13 and could not figure out how the machine gun is mounted to the shield ? See link to picture. Where does the tiny part K39 glue to the gun and how it is attached to the shield ? Does anyone know ? Thank you.

It appears that piece K39 glues on underneath the gun just before the start of the barrel. The location arrow from it is incorrect and should point to the notch under the hole that the gun goes through.

Yes, look for the "U" shaped "channel" directly beneath the hole the gun barrel guns through in the gun shield.
Some part of the gun itself should fix to that location.
The arrow leading from part K28 is misleading and points at the wrong spot....it really is not needed and only adds confusion to the procedure.
This is what Dragon instructions are all about!
The kits are fantastic; the instructions are beyond horrid.

Note, there are two U chanels on the shield. One below the hole, is for "regular" use, and one on upper edge of the shield is for AA use.
