Yannis Papadopoulos (ETA Diorama Accessories) presents how he finished some small figure bases (5cm x 5cm) in 1/35 scale. He used Balsa wood, ETA Diorama Accessories code 455, PVA white glue, sand and some small pebbles. He painted with Vallejo Model Color acrylics using Mr Black Publications Wet Palette, creating almost any groundwork color used on these sandy bases using the following codes: Clear Orange 956, Flat Flesh 955, Buff 976, Lemon Yellow 952, Flat Red 957, Yellow Ochre 913, Beige Brown 875, Black 950 & Matt Varnish.
