Hi all,
As a in between project I’m going to build Tamiya’s 1/48 scale Kubelwagen. It's only 79mm long, should look really cute . But before I start a couple of questions.
1 What colour should the inside be, I don’t mean seatcovers, steering wheels, etc, but the visible metal parts, inside of doors and such.
2 There are only decals for late war models 44 onward. If I want to do a Battle of Britain “version”, are there any differences ??
3 Anyone build it ?? What did you think of it ??
Thanks for any info.

Before you start, check out these guys builds over at Hyper-Scale

As for the earlier version, I believe there was some difference with the rear mud-guards (shorter?). Pretty sure that all the interior would be painted the same colour as the exterior, as it's an open topped vehicle.
BTW, if you need new decals for it, you should find some here http://www.quarter-kit.com/indexus.html , under the Gaso-line range.

Hi Piwi,
I've scanned the plans of my Kubelwagen for you, the 6 files are rather big (approx 300kb per jpeg). How do you want them ??
