i thinks it's the same kit with plastic wheels and perhaps new decals...
I hopes i'm wrong.

I dreams about RT5 version as used in Kosovo and better: UAE one as uses in Yemen (the ultimate dream: the AZUR upgrade).

I too would love to see the UAE version to accompany the BMP3. Not enough good reference out there for me to attempt a conversion.

I think you are right, in that the only major change is the plastic wheels instead of metal. I saw an episode on Andy's Hobby Headquarters on YouTube that went over the "new" Tamiya Leclerc.

The metal roadwheels were actually quite nice, I prefer the details on white metal parts more than styrene on average.
