Other than the pram and cart, definetly usable for later time periods too. Another corker from Miniart.

nice set,i think the pram up to late 50's and cart in some european rural area up to late 60's

I'll be getting this set for nostalgic reasons as well as the other useful items. I have old photos from Germany of a very similar baby buggy that was my first manner of transport.
Even my pick-up is panzer grey.

Yep - the luggage items are mostly ok through the '60s IMHO. Might be ok as "old stuff" in the '70s too...
