Building the M109 Shop Van from AFV Club, and found that sprue "A" lacked one of the front wheel spindles, apparently a "short-shot" in the molding process.
I Googled AFV Club, found the HobbyFan link and filled out the "contact us" form, requesting a replacement sprue. Apparently there is a website issue:
"The website still had the insufficiency and the progress space, depended on your instruction, thank your for your suggestions."
When "submit" button is clicked, there is no response.
Any ideas?

They have a US company that handles issues like that but the name escapes me. I'll see if I can find it. A warning, though- their service is slow and their communication is terrible. It took me multiple emails and almost a year to get a replacement part for their M109A2
