Amendment to Review of Black Dog’s T35210, Engine M1025

This is basically a series of photos of the Black Dog, CMK and TAC Scale Dynamics engines for available legacy HMMWV kits. The Black Dog set is for Tamiya’s beautiful M1025 and M1046 kits. The other two engines are designed to fit the old Academy HMMWV kits of the M998 and its derivatives. None of these engines is designed to fit either the Bronco M1114 kits or Academy’s M1151. They use a different engine than the legacy Trucks. The CMK set and the one from TAC Scale Dynamics were good sets in their day but do not compare favorable to today’s new generation of resin cast accessories. They have incomplete areas, out of round parts, areas that are cast too thin and can be seen through and are not worth buying. The one from TAC is the superior of the two. It has its high points and it has its low points. That said, I’ll gladly part with both of them cheap if someone wants them. Just message me. The following photos are all the explanation needed.
