Looks really good thus far! I REALLY want to get this tank myself, but I have SO MANY other models already that I just can’t do it. I still have a Meng Merkava 3D Early that’s about 50% done and I really should finish that IDF tank before I think of getting more.

Hello everybody,

new anti-slip covering made on the hull ..... more rough then the version of Meng Model.
Battering Ram and barrel holder are small kits of Desert Eagle Products, consisting of resin and photo etched parts.

Hello everybody...

some paint is on ... the friul tracks added and weathered .... now some more details follow ... and some dust ... and a base .... and antennas

Wondering about one issue - Trophy and Droid - does this go together? Or only one of each? Does anybody know more here?

Cheers

It doesn't - it's either this or that (unless photographic evidence proves otherwise). The only 'Droid' equipped Mk.4s I've seen were all of the non-Trophy kind.

Nice work so far But the mounting brackets for the sideskirts should be on the inner side of sideskirts

Hi,

the side skirts are only stuck to the car - outside the skirts do not hold without glue
Once the tracks, wheels and hull are weathered, then the skirts were glued to the outside

Cheers

Great stuff, Micha! A small remark though: the inner-left lense on the rear you've painted red is not a tail-light but the reverse camera slot cover.

Micha

Great work on the Mk. 4M
Clever it was to remove the Droid. Not in use on "Trophy" Mk. 4s.
I am happy to see your use of my Batering Ram and the barrel and support. It truely adds to the model.
And.. as Israel said, the drivers rear camera cover should be clear.

Happy and enjoying modeling
