I think the M1088 would be the tractor of choice.

You are correct. The AN/TPY-2 Radar trailer is pulled by an M1088 tractor, not the M983 HEMTT tractor. See this earlier thread for more info about it.

If Trumpeter would have released the radar with M1088 tractor, I would have bought for the tractor only.

I have to agree with Hans-Hermann, I would buy 2 kits, just for the Tractors. Trumpeter, a small hint of what next to produce?
