I was looking on their site and many kits in the deal section are going for $25 right now.

I love when they include the Sold Out kits to make it seem like its a bigger sale than it really is.
Some of those sold out kits have been gone for a while now.

Or . . . You could just take it for what it is and make your buying decision based on what's there rather than what isn't.

I got together with a friend and we placed an order of $100 and got free shipping, so 4 kits at $25 each, very nice!

I picked up the Egyptian Sherman & the type 95 Ha-Go, both on my bucket list. If my finances were in a better situation I would have bought more...

I don't think Dragon USA has gone a day without a sale for the last six months. They must be sitting on a mountain of unsold product, especially their 1/32 BF110-E2 which doesn't run out even when it gets under $28 down from $110.

$25 per kit isn't bad. The trick with Dragon's sales is to order when two of their sales overlap. This usually happens on a Thursday or Friday. This week, they might have a kit for $25, but next week's sale is 30% off all kits... For 1 or 2 days, the sales will overlap. You just have to watch their site on Thursdays and Fridays.
Around Memorial Day, I ordered 6 kits for $100, you can't beat that without going to a model show.

You have to have a daily deal or special price sale for that. If you need a coupon code you can only use one per order.

Same thing for Sprue Brothers ("Super Specials"), Tower Hobbies, Squadron, Hobbylinc, etc. The only store that never seems to have any special prices is ScaleHobbyist.

True, you can only use one coupon code. I'm referring to when they have a coupon cod sale AND prices marked down with no code. Like they did the Thursday before Memorial Day(and before Easter). I would imagine the same thing will happen around July 4th. It seems to happen the Thursday/Friday before a major holiday.
