OMG, the replacement guy Allen is rude and not helpful at all. They are a complete joke for sure.

The answer is probably a language barrier, understaffed and underpaid workers, little accountability, poor management, and/ or incompetent workers. The best way to use Dragon Care is to avoid using them at all.
