Evidently, the cylindrical object attached to the rear of the turret stowage basket on the Leclerc T6 is the vehicle's snorkel. Is the shorter vertical cylinder inside the basket also part of the snorkel, or something else? If so, is this directly connected to the turret rear?

Both tubes are schorckels. I'll try to find a picture of them fitted.

The long "thin" tube is the schnorchel for intake air. It will be attached to the circular opening on the right side of the topdeck. The "thick" tube is the extension for the exhaust.
