Hi everyone, I have a few questions regarding WW2 military figures colors. I know Vallejo has the face/skin color paint set. Do they make a set of colors for the uniforms, boots, helmets? I know the WW2 military had different uniforms colors, I'm only looking for the uniform colors for the U.S. Army. Thank you very much for your feedback,

They do make a set, 70.160.
https://www.scalemates.com/colors/color.php?id=15660
The question is does that set match what uniforms you need.

Military Modeling forum had a very good thread, written by Garry Wild, on uniform colors and the Vallejo equivalent for for each. Unfortunately the site closed.
Luckily Wayback Machine captured a snapshot of the article in question. Initially you'll see the uniform images and half-way down the page you'll find the Vallejo color codes.

Credit goes to Garry Wild over at militarymodelling.com (now defunct site). I have used these colors and they look very good to my old eyes.

Thank You Very Much, this will help me a lot when I start to paint the WW2 Military figures. I didn't purchase the figures yet, I will need a lot of them, maybe 20 to 30 1/35 U.S Army figures. First I have to figure where to purchase the figures, if possible one store or site. Once I find the site, I will purchase. The figures need to be action figures. If you have a few sites I can look at.......I would appreciate this.
Thanks Again,
bobbart
