Not sure if you know that if working with the Tamiya liquid glues in the square bottles you can extend the brush. I'd used the stuff for years and it blew my mind when I heard it.
The cap consists of a tube attached to the cap and the brush and its 'handle' within the tube. Use a pair of pliers or tweezers to 'extend' the brush.
If the problem is that the glue is too sludgy to use, as others have said, buy a second bottle and pour some off into the old one.

I use an 00000 paint brush for gluing. It can reach all the corners of a square glue bottle and when it get plastic build up on it I just let it soak in the glue bottle then wipe it on a rag. If your glue is sludgy it's contaminated with plastic or paint so it won't work as well. Why bother trying to revive it? Toss it, properly, then start with a fresh bottle.

Is the glue similar to other Manufactures liquid glue?
If so why don't you use what is called the touch and flow ,
instead of brushes.
This is a thin glass tube with a stainless steel hypodermic needle fastened in one end.
You just insert the needle into the glue bottle and use a suction bulb provided with the tube to draw the glue into the tube.
Then touch the needle to where you want the glue and it flows out to apply the glue. I havvent used a brush in years.
Hope this helps.
