Hi
Does anyone have any information(pictures, articles) about that device that allowed to starter the panther tank on cold weather?

Dragon released a kit of the Kubelwagen with the starter device years ago.

Correct
If your goal is learn more about the device this kit is a good place to start. If you want to model it this kit has done it for you.

If I remember correctly, the parts to transform the kubel are included in the engine set for the SD. Kfz. 250 with mechanics, in the figures sprue

Question: Did the Kubel "starting assist device" actually mechanically connect to the engine to turn it over? OR was it simply a power device to run the Tiger's flywheel inertial starting equipment up to speed?

It would appear that the shaft from the Kubelwagen connects to the same location as the hand crank . If that was the case it is a near certainty that it was a power device to spin up the inertial starter.

It would be faster for you to right-click on them and save them to your hard drive.

FYI in typical Dragon style, if you can find the Sd. Kfz 250 engine and mechanics set, it is actually the Kubelwagen starter kit with extra arms on the figure sprues for the "new" figures.
So if you can get a Bego/Hasegawa/Dragon Kubelwagen you are set.

That was mentioned in the fourth reply, along with a link to the kit itself.
