Hello fellow Model builders.
Today i want to show you my latest finished project.
It shows a Jagdpanzer IV l70(V) of the PzJgAbt228 (116.Panzer Division), near the Town of La Roche-en-Ardenne, during the Battle of the Bulge. Around December the 20th.
-Overnight the first Snow has fallen, but the temperatures were rising during the day and turned the Streets into a "mud hole"!!
The crew of this Jagdpanzer just ran into a problem.... they lost their track! Now the crew debates on what to do, so they can reach their units as soon as possible.-
This is just a little backstory behind this scene. Its total fiction.
here are the pictures:
hope you guys like the Diorama
cheers
David

Looking good David !
A quick question, what did you use for pine trees? I too have a BoB dio that I am working on (like 3 years) and it's stalled out because of the lack of pine trees.
Thanks in advance AND thanks for sharing !

David I like this a lot – great mud/snow so it does look cold, and the close-up photos work really well – in b&w some might be mistaken for the real thing, keep on keeping on with that low viewpoint. Could I suggest the thrown track’s not so realistic, more believable that most of it would be stretching back on the road behind before they’d realised it broke & stopped, & perhaps the tank slewed to the left? Also if it’s that cold maybe the crew would be grabbing their tools to fix it quick rather than debate it? Great job all the same, looking forward to more
