Dear modelers,
Here is my recently finished M4A3 "CABALLERO" of the 69th Tank Battalion, 6th Armored Division.
-The base kit I used is Tamiya's famous M4A3;
-Photo etch part was Eduard #35454;
-T48 track with EECs were MK's product;
-All welding beads on the upper hull and mud guard were scratch built;
-Exhaust deflector was scratch built;
-Figures were from Tamiya and Dragon, but the commander was slightly modified to better fit to the the hatch;
-Stowages were from everywhere.....
-The upper hull were raised by 2mm to allow vehicle not look "sagged".
Pile of plastic and metal.....
After primer....Primer is Tamiya's OD
After shading, highlighted and decal....(Highlight: OD+Dark Yellow+white)
After weathering, adding stowage and crew members....(Weathering (filter, wash, dry brush, chipping, rain marks, gas spill, etc.) was mainly done using oil paints and Vallejo's acrylic product)
-Question: do you think this work is qualified for some model magazine?

Sure, why not? You could also write a feature here. I'd say you need to go into more detail photos of modifications and provide photos from different angles, but it looks great from those you provided. I'd read it!
