From the looks of this, https://toylandhobbymodelingmagazine.press/2018/09/19/wip-3/ I believe they are. Good news for some, & their kits are reasonably priced, too.

looks like the Katchen/Kitten. I believe a single example was built. A purpose-designed full-tracked APC, possibly the first one since the MkIX of 1918.
Now, it would be REALLY nice if this excursion crossed the Baltic and morphed into a Swedish Pbv 301. In many respects this was the Katchen. A Stormartillerievagn m/43 would be most excellent. And as for Stridsvagn m/37 and m/41............ (although essentially TNH/Pz38)

The french Lorraine 39L VBCP was actually ready to enter service in 1940, to replace/supplant the earlier Lorraine 38L VBCP:

I did say "probably"! One can only wonder how differently the Battle of France might have gone if the VBCP had been in quantity service (none were delivered) - presuming attendant tactical and doctrinal improvements and greater use of voice radio. Self-defence armament would have been an advantage.
This is the single prototype/mock-up Katchen.
