I can see these as very helpful for First Responder flood rescue although I don't know if the troop rear door is large enough to accommodate anxious cold and wet civilians getting on board. It could also work for polar science and remote cold weather bases. It would be mighty expensive and high maintenance to use this for civilian purposes though.

It could also work for Law Enforcement and Border Patrol to ferry agents across rivers and snow-covered areas and frozen tundra. If it breaks through the ice, hopefully it will float...hopefully.

As for Amphibious Assault, that's still debatable as it has no armament, countermeasures, or Active Protection Systems; it makes for a large slow target.

The concept is good, just wondering how it tests in Real Life.

This one has some punch added (KMW RCWS 200+ remotely controlled weapon station armed with an Rh202 20 mm cannon)

The 20mm RWS should make for a potent weapon. Thanks, Frenchy.
