Obtuse: Annoyingly insensitive or slow to understand

Though ignorant is listed as a synonym, it does not capture the insensitivity and sluggish comprehension as opposed to just a shortage of knowledge.

There is smart and intelligent and there is just snarky talking down to someone with a legitimate desire to know and understand. Wisdom begins with the understanding of just how little you really do know, let alone truly comprehend.

The question is open ended enough to mean many things to many different people. Therefore it is a valid way to increase knowledge and understanding of the topic. To some it is no more than an empty headed joke and that says something as well.

Tamiya is probably the best route. Their M4A3 Sherman is a classic. Not the best Sherman kit out there, but definitely a nice easy build and it looks the part when done! Their Hetzer kit is a blast to build. Their JS-3 is also a pretty straightforward build and is cool looking!

And now, in 1/76:
Accuracy aside (and if not, oh my life! Niggling but easily avoidable errors!) anything by JB Models.

Alternatively, the Ratio Models GWR Open.

Tamiya JS-3, in my opinion. It’s very fast and easy to build, doesn’t require much filling or alterations and still looks decent when complete.

Though I haven't done one I've read numerous times in different places that the Cromwell is an absolute joy to build. Something as complex as the Churchill was fun and good looking.

Cromwell is indeed a joy to build, But not really quick and easy. I gave my youngest son the Pzkw II when he expressed an interest in modelling and also bought one for a friend to try and wean him off Airfix airplanes.
