What is a good Tamiya match or color mix for the above. Specifically M48A3 Mod B.

Best match is Tamiya XF-74. It perfectly matches the dark shade of OD the Army was using in Nam.

Actually it is only good for a stateside tank. A tank in service for a year will show heavily faded paint from the top down. Sun light over there is pretty intense!

Thanks guys. I'll give the XF74 a try. I always lighten my base coats considerably as I use a variation of the B&W technique which tends to darken the base color in addition to weathering which further darkens the finish. Thanks again.
