On the M4A2 shermans,did they all have a curved ehaust vent? On the Academy M10 and Achilles parts c2,c7,c8 have them I was just curios if only the T.D.'s had them or if all the M4A2's had them

I'd have to check my copy of Hunnicutt, but I THINK that the exhaust arrangement was identical. The lower hull and engine arrangement was exactly the same, so the exhaust should be too.
This pattern has even been followed in weird conversions. The Egyptians had some M4A4 hulls in the '50s that they converted to M4A2 diesel power, and the exhaust on those hybrids, while not identical, was very similar to the original M4A2 configuration. Weird stuff happened to Shermans and variants once they left US and Commonwealth service....
