At first I guessed it could be the M150/M151 Mortar Fire Control System (as seen on the bottom right of the picture below) :

But after a closer look, I realized the hidden device in the picture was much smaller and fitted to the tube itself, not laid on the ground....
Here it is :
It's a Tactical Advanced Land Inertial Navigator TALIN 3000 manufactured by Honeywell Aerospace.
