This is my WIP Leopard 2, from Italeri.
nice kit, it may be inaccurate, but looks like a Leopard!!

Guess I will have to call this one done for now. I have had the tracks on it for a week and I am still waiting for them to stretch out further to glue and set the sag. That's what's really bad about this Tamiya build as it is also pulling inward the front wheels.
I passed on doing the ambush as I had already gloss clear coated it over a weathering coat and didnt want the ambush pattern spots to be brighter, so I will try that on a future build instead.

Jaguar (all car models)
I'll join and continue thinning my stash from with these two:
Le Mans version had decals without tobacco sponsors, for which I had bought replacements. The sprint version has proper decals included with the kit. Trying to to build both, and hoping at least one turns out fine.

Great to see some cars included too. Shame about the tobacco decals not being included. I guess that's to keep kids with $40 kits from using their hobby money to buy cigarettes.
I don't think we will ever see AMT NASCAR re-pops with tobacco decals. Even though big tobacco were major NASCAR sponsors. When the National Guard dropped sponsorship of Dale Earnhardt's 88 car they said, "that there were no known enlistments generated by the millions invested by sponsorship" or something to that effect. I'm thinking the same could be said about tobacco products. But that's just me....
BTW: I've never smoked. It's just the PC factor that bothers me !

Well, I didn't find any good reference picture of a Leopard in winter scheme, and I want it to look different from the normal NATO scheme, I know is not a swedish Strv.122, but it looks the part. So I will paint it this way.

Now the Jagdpanther is looking better:
Waiting to the resin tracks to arrive. So maybe some weathering will be done in between.

It's up to the campaign leader at this point. I'll keep an eye on this and if he doesn't respond I'll make the call before it's supposed to end.

I definitely could use at least one more week at least. With kids being out all week for Thanksgiving break it has eaten into my time for modeling. I teach so I am also home all week with two teenage girls who are attention-hungry. My wife is doing all the cooking so I have to keep them out of her hair.
