Delightful hardware but what kind of vehicle would sport this array? HUMVEE?

Yes, that is technically a HMMWV ring although the JLTV, M-ATV, and MRAP could have that too IF the rings are of similar sizes.

Nice to see Legend produce these weapons. Even these little enhancements really make a 1/35 model 4X4 vehicle "pop" out in detail.
