It should be usable but it would not be accurate as the omnibus is fitted with 8-stud wheels....
Just look for aftermarket Opel Blitz late wheels....

I think you can use both types actually, that bus entered service in 1939 so it depends on if you want it to be an early or late one. Some of the early ones may well have survived for some years.
The 8-hole ones suggested by Frenchy would be the safe bet.

As far as I can tell, the civilian one in Robin's post is not the same model (and possibly not from the same coachbuilder) . Just take a look at the front doors location...

A quick look at the linked page shows that the first and second series of the Ludewig buses had different coachwork.
The third series, the one in the Roden kit, looks less elaborate. Probably simplified to ease production.
The late wheels are a safer bet.
