Does anybody make modern US troops with winter gear. Pondering doing a Tow Humvee with Uncle Sam's Misguided Children on a training exercise in Norway.

How modern and which winter uniform? Parkas, snow suits? Guys in snow suits could be converted from German World War II winter figures. The parkas went unchanged from the 1950s to the 1990s so you could use Korean War figures with appropriate changes in gear.

The Trumpeter 101st Airborne Division Crew figures set (00410) includes two figures wearing parkas with hoods sticking out of their IBAs. You could use them. The figures are not the best (a bit small), but they are usable.
You can see the parka hoods on the guy laying down and the one w/his hand outstretched.
