The end of year seems to be producing a flurry of new-release announcements. Here's a new Leo from Border Models who previously announced a PzKpfw IV:

The first of a family hopefully. Happy 2019!

New manufacturer or possibly a new brand for some of the existing ones.
This would be their second kit, the first is a Pz IV G which has not hit the shelves yet.
Looking at their Facebook page it seems as if they also sell tools.

According to a local hobby shop owner Border models uses the same tooling company as Takom (not dissimilar to how Taking / Das werk are related).
