Just curious - Resicast, I have some that are pretty much the same size and proportions as most other brands. Other Resicast figures seem to be smaller.....I had read somewhere that the smaller Resicast figures are more accurate to body size and proportions of the time period....any insight??

I am comparing two Resicast Dispatch riders:

I would praise them for that.

For what ir is worth I am 6'2" (188cm) and my shoulder is approximately 4'10" (142 cm) from the floor. If proportions remain the same the soldier on the left would be somewhere around 6'6" and the soldier on the right around 6'. While certainly within the range of possibility the 6'6" guy is pretty darn tall for WWII.

Are the belts suppossed to be the same? They look to be differnt widths. How close are the holsters?

if the gear is the same size and both seem to be proportioned well I'd say you CAN use the both next to each other but you may not WANT to use them together.

Thanks for the pics!!!

My thought is to use the smaller of the Resicast towards the back, with the larger to the front. Not sure if the concept will workout though when it can be viewed from various angles and not a forced perspective.

What I am most curious about is this a shift in figure design on the part of Resicast? It seems that the older figures are larger in size than the newer ones are.
