Is there a product called Flo-Aid ? If so is it a thinner?

There is a product put out by Liquitex called Flow Aid. It’s used to break surface tension in acrylic paints so they spray or flow better over they surface being painted. It is not a thinner, it’s used sparingly to overcome the paint’s tendency to bead on surfaces. Personally, I use 1 drop Flow Aid to about 20 drops of water as a thinning solution for true water based acrylics. If you try to thin your paint with it alone, you’ll screw up your paints ability to form a solid film.
