Not sure when I would use those blokes, but Hornet stuff is great.

Nice additions from the Hornet’s nest!
Curious... Are there any figures available where the British with Pith Helmet heads would be applicable? I don’t need them, I was just wondering.

On a similar note: Some time back I was looking for plain Pith Helmets to add as stowage for a DAK Pz III which I built. At the time, I would’ve considered sculpting-out the heads in order to use the helmets alone.

Cheers!🍺

I REEEALLY LOVE HORNET Heads!!! I've been using them as resin replacements in lieu of plastic kit-supplied heads, (and quite a few resin ones, too), ever since HORNET/WOLF started making them quite a few years ago... They are WELL WORTH the extra cost, just for some of their facial expressions, alone!!!

REALLY AMAZING STUFF!!!

Great new sets and very unorthodox choice with the tropical helmet. Just the other evening, I saw a teaser from a BBC program (forgot the title) which featured WW1 British troops marching by, a few wearing the tropical helmet. I gather it was a Gallipoli or other scene from the 'Turkish front'.
Speaking of Gallipoli, here are a few British troops wearing what looks like the pith helmet
