This is your FIRST one? In that case, congratulations!
The execution of this theme is great. You have chosen just the right size of base to put the rally car in location and the colouring and weathering is very convincing!
Good job, keep it up!

Snow-my favorite element!
Just tried it for the first time myself in the White Death vignette ...
The basic food soda technique...
I´m planning a dio with snow and mud pretty soon, let´s see if we are in production phase at the same time...would be interesting!

One more thing...
It would be interesting to see a pic or two of your rally scene in natural light! If it´s in tropic, maybe the sun would be straight above with lots of light and very sharp and dark shadows?
Just a thought. Natural lighting does wonderful things...you´d be surprised!

Being new to modeling (at least my second time doing it) there are a lot of things I haven't done. Every once in a while I will see something that makes me stop and say "I just have to try it". Thats what your dio has done for me. If my first shot at it can look half as good as yours I will be happy. I have a few irons in the fire right now but my wheels are turning trying to come up with a good idea for my fist one. Thanks for sharing your work with us and for the inspiration.

Some guys made 50 dios and still don't reach the same grasp on realism you do. I like this one (your fourth diorama) with the car actually jumping. It really DOES fly !
