Tiger and Panther engine lift points

Does anyone have anything about the lifting points/attachments used on the engines when they were removed for replacement or repairs? I've searched Google but not much luck.

Two of the lifting eyes pictured above can be seen in the picture below :



The Panther engine has similar lifting eyes :

I guess the locations on the Tiger engine should be quite the same...
